ACCEPTANCE
By placing and confirming an order with us or any member of our group you accept our Terms & Conditions, this does not affect your consumer rights.

PAYMENT
Goods are to be paid for with order and payment cleared before order can be processed.
 
DELIVERIES
Deliveries are subject to a charge, please check for current rate, and are to fixed addresses in mainland GB only. Goods can only be left at the designated address. All deliveries must be signed for, unless written permission to leave without signature has been previously given to, and accept by, us.

Please note that carriers will not normally take goods longer than 4 metres and wider than 1 metre, and require good access. (If a double decker bus sized vehicle can get to you this will make it easier for delivery) larger items may require specialised transport. We reserve the right to cancel an order if access is deemed too restricted by the carrier. Although we aim for the carrier to deliver within 14 working days, carriers are increasingly unable to guarantee this on all occasions; we reserve the right to deliver within 28 days. Any delivery date given, including for  'Special Delivery' and/or non standard delivery, is advisory only and not guaranteed. A daytime contact number is required at all times.

Please provide full delivery address including postcode, contact name and telephone numbers and details of any site restrictions which may affect delivery, we reserve the right not to deliver.

Do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary. Any claim for SHORTAGES or DAMAGE of the goods must be notified to the Seller in writing by email within 48 hours of the date of delivery of any consignment in which it is said a shortage or damage has occurred. Any dates or times given are guidelines only and we cannot be held responsible for any losses financial or otherwise if the delivery dates are not kept.

ORDERING / MINIMUM QUANTITIES / CUT TO SIZE
When ordering please clearly state Product Code, Description and Quantity, ensuring minimum order quantity is adhered to, we reserve the right to decline orders under our minima, as stated per product. You may be offered the option to increase the order to our minima or cancel (see CANCELLED ORDERS).

All cut to size orders are subject to plus or minus 10% variance in size, also 'Rounding Up' of unit price may sometimes be applicable but will be clearly shown in basket price,  please be aware of this when ordering.
 
SUPPLY ONLY
We are a supply only company and it assumed that by placing an order with any member of our group you have satisfied yourself that the product / item is correct for your needs or project. We are not responsible for incorrect orders.
 
PRICES
Any previously agreed customer discount would be refunded after delivery. Prices are correct at time of setting, and we reserve the right to change / amend prices or decline orders without notice .Our price promise offer is that if exact item and quantity is available on a UK website at a lower price we will match that price, applies to goods only. Excludes delivery, auction site such as ebay, private sales, special offers or discounts. Proof of lower price for exact product, quantity, and delivery must be submitted at time of purchase.
 
CANCELLED ORDERS / REFUNDS / AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to charge up to £50.00 plus VAT for any orders cancelled or amended after 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) to cover administration, repacking and/or delivery costs. Cancellation after 48 hours may incur a fee equal to any cost charged to us plus £50 plus VAT to cover administration. We cannot accept amendments to, or provide refunds for, special orders or cut to size orders.
 
COLLECTION
Unless otherwise stated all goods are delivery only.
 
NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS
The seller shall be entitled to reject any claim for DEFECTIVE goods unless such a claim is notified in writing by email to the Seller within 48 hours of delivery, or, if the alleged defect is not immediately apparent, within such longer period as the seller may reasonably allow in the circumstances.

Upon collection of goods, the Seller shall be entitled to credit only those goods which are deemed resalable.

The Seller shall be entitled to reject any claim for SHORTAGES or DAMAGE of the goods unless such claim is notified to the Seller in writing by email within 48 hours of the date of delivery of any consignment in which it is said a shortage has occurred.

Claims for refund where buyer has purchased goods from another source to make up SHORTAGE or DAMAGE will only be considered if previously agreed in writing by The Seller and original receipts for said goods produced when requested.

The Seller will notify the Buyer within 48 hours of any rejections or discrepancies.
 
PHOTOGRAPHS / ILLUSTRATIONS / INFORMATION / COPYRIGHT
All Trademarks, product names, third party marks and logos, whether registered or unregistered, are the property of their respective owners. All photographs, logos and / or images are for illustration purposes only, unless otherwise stated. The rights of the owners are respected and they are used to illustrate products available for sale. Where a name is used and that product is unavailable an equivalent may be offered.

We try to ensure that all information displayed is correct and accurate. It is displayed for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy and we do not accept the responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies, and omissions or for any loss, which might result directly, or indirectly from reliance on the content it contains. RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order we require notification in writing within 7 days from the delivery of goods.

Buyers are responsible for all costs/charges involved in returning the goods, this may be different and possibly significantly higher than delivery costs, and we advise you to insure the goods.
 
Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered, if possible with original packaging/protection.
 
They must be clearly marked with the following information:

Notification of expected return date, carrier to be used and their reference number must be emailed to us before delivery is attempted.

Any cuts, drill holes, shortfall in quantities, part used goods or opened/used boxed sets will invalidate this policy.

Refunds may be made by cheque on satisfactory acceptance of returned goods.

We cannot accept returns, or provide refunds for, special orders, cut to size or cut to order, all Polycarbonate sheet are cut to order.
 
DISCOUNTS
Where a Discount or Special Offer is given this is on the strict understanding that it may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Discounts and or Special Offers are discretionary and may be time limited, have restrictions or not applicable in certain geographical areas or legislations, in the event of which we cannot be held liable for any losses, monetary or otherwise, that may occur.
 
HOW WE WORK
We are an Internet based company and all orders, instructions or any form of communication must be by email, we do not operate a telephone service.

This is for our mutual protection and to avoid any possible misunderstandings.
 
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
 
LAW
All contracts made between the Company and the Purchaser shall be governed by English Law and settled by arbitration or in a Court of Law, in either case this will take place in Bristol unless directed elsewhere by an English Court of Law.
